Daphné Jossart joined the firm in 2022. She specializes in intellectual property law and technology transfer in the field of life sciences. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced for 6 years as a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar in several international patent litigation firms. Daphne then worked for almost 10 years in a technology transfer office dedicated to the valorization of public research in the field of health and medical research, first as Legal Manager and then as Director of the Legal Department, where she was in charge of setting up public-private partnerships under various contractual forms.
