David Bouskela-Elias began his career in 2006 as a tax lawyer within leading national law firms (Bignon Lebray, Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & associés), before turning to Corporate – M&A with Alister Avocats, where he was an associate for 4 years before becoming a partner for 3 years.

In particular, he was in charge of developing an international unit with leading law firms in Europe, with whom he has maintained close links (mainly Portugal, Spain, Italy, the UK and Germany).

David then set up his own firm STARK AVOCATS in 2015 in premises since shared with MCE Carrel, with whom he started working in 2021 as Of Counsel. He is mainly involved in structuring projects, restructuring groups, buying out companies and raising dilutive or non-dilutive funds in a variety of sectors (biotech, industry, transport, jewelry, healthcare, digital marketing, agri-food, sport and real estate) for national and international clients (mainly Portugal, Spain, Italy and UAE).

• Biotech: Venture capital – 27 million euros raised (seed) – milestones over 2 years (Cancell Therapeutics)
• Healthcare: Divestment and partial asset contribution of an autonomous branch of activity (association specializing in lymphoma research)
• Industry: Restructuring of the French perimeter of a Portuguese group in the field of industrial chimneys and takeover of the French subsidiaries of a Spanish competitor (transaction potentially subject to merger rules)
• Real estate: Structuring of an equity-financed real estate transaction (value 6.5 million euros)
• Healthcare: Structuring and financing of a dental practice (7 GP practices, 2 orthodontic practices and an operating theatre)
• Jewelry: Development capital (1.5 million euros raised);Digital Marketing: Contribution-Sale transaction (value 3.8 million)
