Emma Pellissard, a lawyer registered with the Lyon Bar since January 1, 2023, primarily practices in corporate law and tax law. With two years of experience, she supports a diverse clientele, ranging from local SMEs and small businesses to subsidiaries of international groups, as well as rapidly growing start-ups.

Emma advises her clients at every stage of their company’s life: company formation and structuring, drafting shareholder agreements, fundraising, restructuring operations (mergers, acquisitions, partial asset contributions), and disposals. In tax matters, she mainly works on issues related to corporate taxation, particularly in the context of high-level financial operations, as well as on personal wealth taxation, aiming to optimize the management and transfer of assets for executives and shareholders.
