Cédric Hascoet is a lawyer in the Corporate team of MCE Carrel. Before joining the firm in October 2022, he graduated from the Master 2 Mergers and Acquisitions program of the University of Paris-Saclay in 2020 and completed several internships in business law, notably in the legal department of the Galeries Lafayette Group, as well as in the business law firms BG2V and Didier Avocats. He assists clients with their corporate, fundraising and divestiture/acquisition needs.
