After an initial year as a lawyer with STARK AVOCATS, whose teams became part of MCE CARREL in January 2025, Caroline FIGUET assists the office’s clients with their corporate law issues.

She supports and assists companies at all stages of their life cycle (creation, development, restructuring and transfer), as well as on legal issues linked to day-to-day corporate life.

Caroline FIGUET also has expertise in commercial law, notably in the drafting and negotiation of deeds of sale of businesses, commercial leases and other contracts affecting the life of companies.

She also assists companies in settling pre-litigation and litigation issues relating to their business, relations between shareholders or disputes with customers and suppliers.
